Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 August 2026

This policy explains what happens to information you give us through this website, who processes it, and how to get it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version. We collect what you type into our contact form and, if you choose to talk to our voice agent, the audio of that conversation. We use it to reply to you and to run the agent. If you are a client and opt in, we may text you about calls your agent handled — reply STOP any time. We do not sell it, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by twentytwolabs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, trading as 22labs, with its principal address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States.

For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@22labs.app.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website — the contact form and the voice agent demonstration on it.

It does not cover calls handled by an agent we operate for one of our clients. If you called a business and spoke to an agent we built, that business decides how your information is used and is responsible for it; we process it on their behalf under our services agreement with them. Contact that business directly, or write to us and we will pass your request on.

3. What we collect

Information you send us through the form

If you fill in our contact form, we receive the business name, your name, email address, phone number, and website address if you provide one. These are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit, a third-party form-forwarding service, which processes the submission in order to deliver it.

Voice conversations with the agent on this site

If you press "Start talking", your browser asks for microphone permission. If you grant it, your speech is streamed to Vapi, the voice-agent platform we use, and to a large-language-model provider that generates the agent's replies. That conversation may be recorded, transcribed, and logged by those platforms and by us, so we can operate and improve the service.

The agent will tell you it is an AI. Please do not share payment details, government identifiers, health information, or anything else sensitive with it — it is a demonstration, not a secure channel.

If you never press the button, no microphone access is requested and no audio is captured.

Technical information

Our host, Netlify, records standard server information when your browser requests a page — including your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type, and the pages requested. This is ordinary web-server logging and we use it only for security and to keep the site running.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and the voice-agent code from jsDelivr, a public code network. Requesting those files discloses your IP address to those providers, as it does on most websites.

Cookies

We do not set cookies for advertising, analytics, or tracking, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The third-party services above may set cookies necessary to function.

SMS and text notifications

If you are a client of ours, you may choose during onboarding to be notified by SMS text message about activity on your account — for example a missed or unanswered call, a caller's details, a booked appointment, or a summary of an agent interaction. This is optional and you select it yourself by ticking an unchecked box on our onboarding form, or by texting START to our number. Our SMS opt-in page documents that flow in full. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using our service — decline it and you receive the same information by email, with no change to the service or its price.

By providing your mobile number and selecting SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from twentytwolabs, LLC (22labs) at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase — you can use the Service and receive the same information by email instead.

We use Twilio to deliver these messages, so your mobile number and the message content are processed by Twilio for that purpose. We do not use your mobile number for marketing, and we do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging provider, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

These messages are sent to you, our client, about your own account. Separately, if you ask us to configure your agent to text your callers, you are responsible for having the consent required to do so, as set out in our services agreement with you.

4. Why we use it

If you are in a place where a legal basis must be stated, ours is your consent (for the microphone), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the site, and compliance with law.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We use these providers to deliver the service, and they process information on our behalf:

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

These providers are based in the United States and elsewhere, so information you send may be processed outside your country, including in the US.

6. How long we keep it

Contact-form enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Voice-agent recordings and transcripts from this website are kept only as long as needed to operate and improve the demonstration. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

7. Your rights

Whatever country you are in, you can ask us to:

Write to hello@22labs.app and we will deal with it. We will not charge you and we will not make it difficult. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; if you are in California you have rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

8. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be made obvious on this page.
